- The payment of the subscription is made through the user through the electronic payment methods available through the application Hook, who is committed to providing this means in accordance with the relevant regulations.
- The relationship between the labor nominated by the supplier to the user is regulated through the website by labor contracts subject to the Saudi labor law and the executive regulations and in accordance with the domestic labor regulations and the employee is provided with power of attorney or authorization for the purpose of supervising the labor and the user does not claim any financial or labor rights other than what is stipulated in the contract the regulation is also considered the reference in the interpretation in the event of any dispute not mentioned in the contract and in the case of a complaint from the labor before the competent authorities, the employee is obliged to attend whenever requested by that first party or the competent authorities.

- The parties shall apply the procedures in force in the tax systems of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the related decisions and instructions regarding value added.
- In case the user requests the renewal or transfer of the guarantee for the contract of the worker taken from the Hook application, the platform has the right to deduct the same percentage mentioned in clause 1-7 for a period of one year from the date of the contract.
- In the event of renewal or transfer of the warranty by the user to the worker taken by the Hook Platform through the supplier, the platform shall be entitled to the percentage mentioned in clause 1-7 for a period of one year from the date of the contract
- The supplier is obliged to provide and nominate labor to the user so that it is compatible with the regulations and laws in force in this regard
- The supplier is obliged to contract with the user requesting the service through the application Hook exclusively without using any other mechanism to try to contract with the user away from the Hook application, and to adhere to the use of the means available by the application to terminate the contracting procedures stipulated by the list of procedures and specified by the application Hook, such as (electronic authentication - verification code (OTP for the execution of the contract, and therefore the application of Hook is due to the agreed percentage of the contract value that is signed between (supplier/ user) in all cases whether the contract is implemented or in the case of the contract remaining suspended without completion.
- The supplier is obliged to conduct the necessary checks for the labor provided upon arrival for infectious and chronic diseases and physical disabilities that would lead to the inability of the labor to carry out the essential work assigned to him.
- If the supplier wishes to provide any promotional advertisements, offers or coupons, or seasonal discounts for labor contracts available through the application Hook, the supplier is committed to the direction of the application Hook to provide all licenses and permits documented by the relevant competent authorities in addition to providing a detailed explanation of these offers before relying on the application to be available to the user to benefit from them.

- In the event that one of the parties to the contract is subjected to force majeure or emergency circumstances which have made it difficult or impossible to perform one or part of the contract, due to force majeure, emergency circumstances or emerging pandemics which render the contract impossible to perform fully, including but not limited to; earthquake, war, civil unrest, or any other cause out of control, this contract shall be dissolved immediately. Automatically and with force of law, the avoidance has no retroactive effect on the obligations of the parties, while preserving all the rights of the parties prior to the avoidance.
Resolution of conflicts
